Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

 

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the listed countries (PAGE LINK). If you are located elsewhere, please contact us and we will give you the estimated shipping costs and time.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and we will immediately process your order.

We usually process and ship an order in 2 or 3 days but it can vary depending on many factors such as the stock, the type of products, the official non working days of our country or the weather conditions.

During holidays and times of high demand, shipping may be delayed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notice by email from us. The tracking number will be sent by the carrier.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days after receiving it and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.

To make a return, please contact us at info@wagoncase.com within 14 days after receiving your order, with your order number and the reasons for your return. A member of our team will come back to you shortly to assist you.

You will have to bear all delivery costs associated with the return and/or exchange of the product.

In case of an exchange, once we have confirmed the return of your product, we will arrange the delivery of your newly selected product to your shipping address.



FAULTY ITEMS

We thoroughly inspect all our products before they are sent out to you.

In case your order arrived damaged, please contact us at info@wagoncase.com, with your order number, and photos of the defective product.
We will check it and assist you.



IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGES ON THE PACKAGING WHILE RECEIVING IT, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT AND FILL A COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CARRIER.



WARRANTY

All our Wagon Case products have a limited warranty for life against defects in materials and manufacturing.

However, this limited warranty does not cover wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product, or damaged by rough handling during transport.

All defective products will be inspected by the Wagon Case inspection team before deciding if the warranty applies.
